The food at this restaurant is good, HOWEVER!!!! The prices are absolutely outrageous. There was not one single cheap option on the menu available, we had to pay $23 for the most basic salad to share. You cant charge $30 for a pizza and almost $40 for a pasta!! Please reconsider your prices and you will be a great restaurant.
The meal was so tiny...rocket lettuce and pear salad about $23.00 so not a $10.00 lunch special. It would hardly cover a saucer....it was nice. But won't be back.....the owner has been heard to say locals won't support...well i wonder why?????
Nicely decorated but I didn't like my food. I had a Halloumi salad that was really salty and drowned in Balsamic Vinegar!! And also a basket of chips, which helped to balance the taste out but they needed some more time as it wasn't fried enough. Waitresses were not very friendly...maybe as they seemed relatively busy...Restaurant about a third full.
Great Restaurant - Food, Service and Decor was superb. And my foot high Peroni was the most refreshing drink I've had all week. The $10 lunch specials were amazing value - I had battered fish and chips and salsa, and my girls had pasta and pizza - yum!! Do yourself a favour - call in to this little bit of Italy - you won't want to leave.
I like this place. I'm yet to be disappointed. I've been a few times and enjoyed every time. I think you'll be happy. Take a seat inside, it's a great feel. They have thought through the decor. Bold colours, used well.Food is great Sicilian that has depth using citrus or/and salt but a huge breadth! The place is run tight so service is good as are the wines. I don't think my standards are low because I have a great partner so it's pretty good ( or I got some explaining to my partner about "standards") What fault could I pick on tonight's experience? my choice of company. I could have chosen better company for tonight.
