Ive been going to access health for 15 or so years now, I normally see dr Chong and he's amazing! But today I saw dr Vasu as Chong is away and I left my appointment in tears. I'm on a pain management plan put in place by my specialist and dr chong follows it precisely. I went to get my scripts today and was refused. She refused to look at the letter from my specialist outlining my diagnosis and medications and basically called me a liar. Really disappointed in her conduct. Dr Chong and my specialist are both in agreement of my treatment and this dr who has never seen me before felt the need to not only refuse me necessary medication, but also questioned whether I'd be formally diagnosed, even though all the info was right in front of her, she just refused to read it.
Awsome place beside can sometimes be really hard to get a appointment cause they usally booked out dr Kumar he really rude at times Other doctor are pretty good
Refused to help told my wife to go else where she wanted a appointment was in distress and got unprofessional help and uncaring and from untrained staff in customer service and professional conduct go else where so your treated professionaly
Reception staff always friendly and Dr Lenkic is a fantastic Dr. He is great with Adults and fantastic with my children who can be very difficult at times. I always feel listened too as do my children, he never talks over then. It's a wonderful practice and I highly recommend them.
Went here due to needing urgent medical assistance and couldn't get into my regular doctor or practice in the next town as they were booked up until Feb. I was only able to go here. Fortunately I already knew my diagnosis and didn't need any medical check-ups or diagnosis as the Doctor was arrogant, disinterested and rude and I was unable to get into the best doctor in the practice sadly, (I have heard from friends in the medical proffession he is), Dr Lenkic. The doctor made me feel like I was wasting their time and an imposition. I guess you DO get what you pay for when it comes to your health and this is often very evident with bulk billing clinics. Chalk and cheese between service, engagement and thorough examinations you get in other paying clinics. If I were you, and you have a chronic or serious health complaint requiring diagnosis, I would not go to this clinic or a bulk-billing clinic as you do get what you pay for and it is your health in account and in your hands. On a positive note, the receptionists were helpful and friendly and did a reasonable job and waiting room was pretty nice.
