Excellent store with great prices.Social Events are also quite fun and the friendly staff are awesome.
The staff may seem rude at first but after shopping there for nearly 10 years they are very helpful and just want to make sure you don't get screwed over and try their best to give the best service. The manager has very strong feelings about games but after playing them for so long myself I find that he is right about the games he talks about pretty much every time. If he tells you a game is bad then he sure as hell is right about it.
Customer service is average they don't communicate that well with customers. They threw a game at my head. Many of the employees make errors and can't count. One time they nearly overpriced me and I had to show them receipt. Could be improved. Good deals
