I've dealt with a few realestate places and have always had great dealings with this company. The property Management people have always been great and easy to deal with. Infact all the staff I've talked to have been great and super friendly. Highly recommend.
So unprofessional and rude. The worst experience ever dealing with this real estate. The property manager Danielle was one of the rudest people I have ever come across and dishonest!. The owner is a tosser and thinks he is above everyone else. Avoid them if you can!.
Highly professional team - the best in Real Estate in Taree
Be extremely careful if dealing with this agency as they have extremely low standards in Property Management. The staff are rude. I rented through them and I was there for approx 10 weeks. This tenancy was ended for numerous reasons being:- Pest infestations, Termites, Spiders/funnel webs, Wasps, Rats/Mice/Possum/ fleas/mites/ticks/. An oven fire, Loose un-nailed down floor boards, Loose falling tiles, Broken tiles, Faulty Hot Water system, rubbish around place in gardens and under house, no notice given most times when entry was required and having on approx 15 occasions having someone in the place in the first 33 days of the tenancy to "fix things" and 19 all up. Maggots coming out of the roof in the kitchen area and getting in cupboards and food and the most horrible of smells coming from somewhere in the area of the house possibly due to something that had died. I also had broken locks. I tried to deal with the Real Estate in regards to this but found them to be unhelpful as they tried to push it back onto me. I documented everything so they couldn't say I caused any damage or that I was responsible for the infestations. I tried to deal with the Owner of the agency after needing to make a complaint due to the rudeness of the PM and they thought it was acceptable to rent out a place in that state. The property Manager is extremely rude and attempted to lie her way out of the mess she created. The young property manager wanted to block our way out of court by taking up the stairway attempting to laugh and gloat. Not realizing that she also didn't win the case as the member determined there was a breach and I had already been given compensation. The lack of professionalism shown by this agency is pretty embarrassing. They took 5 people to the Tribunal and none of them could look me in the eye. This Real Estate needs a good wake up. Proceed with caution! Document everything!
