We left a near new Australian made wool quilt with this cleaner, however on collection discovered that we received the wrong quilt in return. The business' response was, "we don't make mistakes". So in total it cost us $134.98 for a replacement quilt not to mention the $45.00 charged by the business to lose our original quilt.We have made a formal complaint to Fair Trading and would NEVER use this service again.
