Had excellent service in garden tool section .
Bought doors today at Taree branch and went to pay at Trade area. I was served by a young man named Sam. He asked if I had the 'numbers' i said "sorry I didn't but said they had 'tags' on them". Sam's response "that means I have to walk over and scan them". His attitude made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. I paid for my goods and his Thank you was perfunctory.
Easy parking. The staff at this Bunnings store are always available to assist and do their best to support the customer with information about the products.
Don't bother calling!! Lucky I can multitask whilst being on hold for....nearly 7 minutes, that was a week day....won't mention weekend support. How about you employ someone to answer your phone line. Plenty of competent people out there. I'm not going to drive for over an hour to your store only to find the item is not in stock.Come on Bunnings it's not like you need to be frugal!
The young fellows in the timber section were so helpful both Sat and Sun tying up the Wood carrying it too the car putting it in thecar all with good humour and pleasant @ today Janet from the tool department s efficient on the phone with my query knocks spots of the Forster people!
