Poor service poor quality food. Unclean feel and no pride in the workforce
While returning back to Brisbane on Australia 26/01/2019 , my wife come upon your Caltex Star Mart Taree South on the opposite side of the road. We managed to cross the M1 to refuel our car. To the service operators defence it was extremely busy around the Pre lunch time ( 11.00 am) , We paid for the fuel on the first eftpos $42.96 the young man faulted at the machine and told us it didn't go through. We paid the second eftpos machine a minute later $42.96.. We left happy with full tank of fuel, however in checking our travelling account I found two (2) debits on my account. A reversal was expected to occur. Suncorp tells me the first appears as a non authorised deduction. The question is ? Does this practise occur often at this Outlet of yours? Due accounting process would suggest this non authorised removal of funds from my account should appear at the end of days trading.Yours Kosmas
