VERY POOR EFFORT - DID NOT DELIVER - ZERO STARSI ordered and paid for a flower delivery for my Nan's 80th birthday via their website at 9am, I was ensured same day delivery if order placed by 2pm. By 5pm I discovered that nothing had turned up. To find out what was going on I called the store and spoke to a lady who blamed the non delivery on the website. She also told me she would find out what was happening with the order and call me back in 10 mins. 10 + mins later no call, so I called them again to discover they had switched their answering machine on! Talk about duty of care!I am disappointed in every way, and after 24 hours of placing the order nothing has been delivered and I have received no call back or had any communication re: the stuff up what-so-ever. I will expect a refund - however, with the lack of communication all I can do is assume Blooms will do the right thing try to rectify the situation. I won't hold my breath. As a flower delivery business I would expect you would be capable of meeting deadlines as the majority of business you would receive is for occasions e.g. birthdays, anniversaries etc. If you cannot deliver on the day that is specified by the customer you are failing to meet the customer's requirements. How you can remain in business with such a poor reputation for reliability. Thanks for the let down on my Nan's Milestone Birthday. Cheers.
Magnificent.. in every way!!
I ordered flowers to be delivered to Mum on Mothers Day, as i would be away. The website needed her phone number, which I was skeptical about because I didnt want the surprise to be ruined, but was assured that they would NOT call her before hand, only afterwards for feedback. Well they called her the day before Mothers Day asking for directions to her house!!! And completely ruined the surprise. I was so upset! I really wanted it to be a surprise on Mothers Day, because I wasnt there to celebrate it with her. Would not recommend this place.
would give 0 stars or even minus if possible! This review is on behalf of my elderly mother who does not have internet access.I am appalled at the service you gave to my elderly mother today. She had purchased a flower arrangement in a town hundreds of kms from Taree, to be delivered through Interflora. Unfortunately, it ended up being your store who was to make the arrangement & deliver it. She placed the order last Friday morning & was assured that the flowers would be delivered by 6pm the same day.She spoke to the recipient of the flowers on Saturday who did not receive them - they had not been delivered, even though she was home all day Friday.Today my mum phoned the store where she purchased the flowers through Interflora, who were shocked to hear that the flowers were not delivered. That store was not able to contact you could not get an answer on the phone, left messages, but no-one returned any of their calls. So after x amount of hours of not hearing anything, my mum phoned you herself and I am utterly disgusted in the way you spoke to her and the way you treated her!!! She was told that the situation would be looked into, but basically that it was NONE OF HER BUSINESS!!!! Excuse me?!?!? She is the paying customer, why is it none of her business? She has the right to know what is going on with the flowers she paid for that had not been delivered! She got absolutely nowhere with you, as all you offered was that you would look into the matter. Wow, no apology, no being sympathetic, nice or polite, just absolutely disgusting treatment to an elderly lady who had purchased the flowers for her sister-in-law who had just lost her husband, who is my mothers brother! Well done!! Shame on you and your atrocious customer service!!She was so upset that she then called Interflora head office, who were absolutely marvelous in helping her to get the matter sorted. They had already received a notification/complaint from the purchasing store that the flowers ordered & paid for were not delivered. They said they would look into it & get back to her. They eventually got back to her with your very poor excuse that the courier tried to deliver then on Friday at 2pm, but no-one was home ummmm yes, there was someone home, and she was there all day! You supposedly dont know what then happened to the flowers. The courier didnt bring them back to you, and he didnt deliver them. So it seems that flowers just tend to disappear into thin air without a trace? If that is the case, perhaps you need to be getting a different courier & having a good word to the one who supposedly tried to deliver them! But it seems to me that there was no flower arrangement made or attempted to be delivered in the first place!!Head office of Interflora advised my mum that you had said that the flower arrangement would be delivered today, with an apology note & some chocolates. The flowers did in fact end up being delivered today but there was no apology note & no chocolates. You people dont seem to be able to keep to your word.Just absolutely appalling and disgusting treatment of customers!! Shame on you for the way you treated my mum & from the reviews that I have read, she is not the only one who has been treated this way by your store!
I would give a no star rating if it were possible. Paid $100 for a delivery of beautiful roses in a glass vase to be delivered before noon. The flowers did not arrive by 1pm so called and was advised the courier had picked them up at 10am and so should expect them soon and she would follow up and call back. An hour later, having not heard back, tried calling again only to get an answering machine. Again, no return call. Drove to the shop to discuss and was told the original courier could not be contacted so another arrangement had been made and shipped off with a different courier and the recipient should have the flowers now. Advised the girl I had just left the home and the flowers had still not arrived. She said she would follow up yet again. At no time did I recieve an apology for the problems encountered. The final upshot is the flowers were finally delivered about 5.30pm and contained only 3 roses surrounded by a bunch of rubbish flowers which I assume were the remants of the days flowers. I am absolutely appalled and distressed that I paid $100 for something I could have bought from Safeway a third of the cost.
