Communication was poor to average.... lots of excuses as to why my amp hadn't been shipped... arrived 3 weeks later, knob missing, no footswitch etc.... complained, Footswitch arrived today, not OEM, cable barely long enough to reach the floor and the missing knob isn't from this amp and has the locking screw missing. Wouldn't buy from this seller again sorry.
The hardest working, kindest team with enormous technical skill. They have taught me everything I know on guitar, piano, singing & drums, then recorded my songs, designed my website, and undertook all my social & digital music media. These people are in it for the long haul, serving & caring for almost 30 years. They also sell rare used music gear as well as the cheapest prices on any new gear that you want. (PS: it seems some people will take cheap shots at anyone - so ignore the spiteful reviews . . . these people have never even been to NEWTONEMUSIC)
The worst customer service in the world. Took forever to receive the item I purchased and when it finally arrived it was faulty. They don't answer calls and refuse to reply to messages. Do not purchase anything from this business. I'd give zero stars if this review allowed!
