Refreshingly lovely reception and doctor was professional after leaving doctors practices that have impolite and rude reception. It was good to be treated like a person and staff did everything they can to assist your needs please keep it professionally is a must when your unwell and understanding from staff. Had a good experience.
Rude staff, doctors so unprofessional they are willing to allow insurance companies to dictate the health status of patients & doctors that refuse to see patients with no justifiable reason. Thumbs down.
Always a fantastic and professional experience with all GPs and reception staff. I was very unwell when calling this morning, and lovely Chris told me to come in and they would fit me in when possible. Dr Patel was wonderful, despite having a very busy morning. Thank you again MVMP.
Waited 45 mins for my appointment (previous was 25min!) and not even an apology. Doctor has zero bedside manner and receptionist should have told us all about the delays. Even an automated sms to patients when waiting times exceed 30min. To be 45min late by 9.30 is just poor.2 visits, 2 negative experiences. Definitely can do better.
