The cars are extremely clean , and the staff were very helpful locals that new the local area with plenty of good advice which is priceless
Worst experience with this company! Bad customer service for a start. Hired a truck for a day took it back the same day, no one there when we dropped it off so we put keys in the drop box like we were told next day they called accusing us for damaging the truck which WE DID NOT!! there was no possible way we could of hit anything as there was nothing in our way to hit! What an absolute rort!
So, I ring for a quote and get told that they will not be open on 23rd December and I should contact Hertz Car Rentals instead. Quote "Not worth us opening on this date, doesn't cover wages". Pathetic service and simply astounded by this. Who is your Manager????
