Complete disaster. They gave us a trade in for a cheaper model which they doubled after arguing with me about it. It was a hassle to arrange a test drive and the salesman and manager lied to us serveral times. Was told i had to pay for $2000 free accessories that was a toyota promotion. Bought a brand new Fortuner from newcastle the next day, no hassle got the free extras and trade and $4000 cheaper. Do yourselves a favour and go see Kieran sales manager at Newcastle Toyota he will look after you
