The boys were great and super accommodating even when I asked them to bleed my Hope breaks at the last minute. They were happy to oblige (well if they were unhappy, they certainly didn't let it show! Haha). Knowledge and patient - would recommend these guys for any issues you have with your bike and for some retail therapy!

Naive little me had commenced a cycle touring trip from Kempsey heading south. Too much weight on my rear rack and venturing onto unsealed roads had me with no spoke tension in my rear wheel at Crowdy Bay National Park. I managed to fix it enough to slowly get to Taree and camped overnight at the showground just around the corner from the store.I was at the doorstep of Bourkes Bicycles at 9:00am when they opened on the 2nd January, their first day back after the Christmas/New Year period. They took to working on my bike straight away, gave me a tip about a grocery store around the corner and provided advice above and beyond about cycle touring (so now I know I need to be better prepared if I ever do it again).Thanks guys, especially Brenden for working on my bike. I made it to Newcastle then I'd had enough and jumped on a train!
